Step 1

Film your run

Before anything else, you need to film the video that will serve as the basis for the technical analysis. Here are the exact guidelines to follow on the slopes:

  • 🎥 Filming: Ask someone to stand below you on the slope and film you from the front as you ski 8 to 10 consecutive turns towards them.
  • 🔄 Rhythm: Make complete, as regular as possible turns while keeping your speed under control.
  • 🎯 Terrain: Choose a slope suited to your current level.
🚨 Safety reminder: It is essential to strictly follow the 10 FIS (International Ski Federation) rules of conduct and safety during your ski sessions. These rules apply during filming, for your safety and that of other skiers.

Your video is ready? Here's what's next:
Step 2

Order and submit your video

Head to the Packages section to choose the one that best matches your goals. Fill in your profile details, enter your WhatsApp number, then confirm your 100% secure payment.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page with a WhatsApp button to open the chat directly with the coach. A message is pre-filled with your package — just add your name and send. Then drop your video into the chat. Important: make sure to select the "HD Quality" option when sending to preserve all the technical details of your run. From that moment, your work is done!

Step 3

Analysis and delivery of your feedback

The coach watches your video carefully on their computer, analysing it frame by frame. Your personalised feedback — and exercises depending on the package chosen — is delivered directly to your WhatsApp chat within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours. Once this feedback is delivered, your order is complete.
